Kyrianna
is one of the villages above the bay of  Rethymnon on the island of Crete, by the side of the country road from the town (15 kms) to the historically significant monastery of Arkadi (9 kms).
The village of 400 inhabitants has a small supermarket, a mini market, a butcher's, several kafenions, and a little distance outside a restaurant. Bigger supermarkets are in the 6 kms distant villages along the coastal road.
